Scope

Eglė UGC provides UGC video, AI visual and related creative content services. The exact scope, deliverables, timing and price are confirmed in an individual written offer.

Project process

Work begins after the brief, scope and commercial terms are agreed. The client is responsible for providing accurate product and brand information and the materials needed for production.

Revisions and delivery

Included revision rounds and delivery dates depend on the selected package or individual offer. Requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Usage rights

Content usage rights, including paid advertising periods, are defined in the selected package or individual agreement. Rights not expressly agreed remain with the creator.

Payments and cancellation

Payment schedule, cancellation terms and any production expenses are agreed before work begins. Custom work already completed may be non-refundable.
